These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Media Saver mobile
application (the “App”) provided by New Age Devs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By
installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do
not use the App.

1. The Service

Media Saver is a tool that helps you browse supported websites and download
media (photos, videos, audio) to your own device for personal, offline use.
The App includes an in-app browser, download manager, gallery, and a trending
feed.

Media Saver is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by,
or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Threads,
IMDb, Vimeo, or any other platform whose content you may access. All trademarks
belong to their respective owners.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable
    laws.
  • Respect intellectual-property rights. Only download content you own, have
    created, or have explicit permission to download.
  • Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform you access
    through the App.

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the App to infringe copyright or other rights, or to redistribute,
    sell, or publicly share downloaded content without authorization.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the App or its
    advertising.
  • Use the App to download private content of others without consent.

You are solely responsible for the content you download and how you use it.

3. Intellectual Property of Downloaded Content

The App does not grant you any ownership of, or rights to, the media you
download. Content remains the property of its original owner. Downloading
copyrighted material without permission may violate the law and the source
platform’s terms — you assume all responsibility for such use.

4. Advertising & Premium

The App is free and supported by advertising delivered through AppLovin MAX
mediation and its bidding partners (including Meta Audience Network, InMobi,
Liftoff/Vungle, Unity Ads, Mintegral, and others). See our
Privacy Policy for details on ad data handling.

You may purchase a Premium upgrade to remove ads and unlock additional
limits. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s
terms. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (Google Play, advertising networks, and
the websites you browse). We are not responsible for the availability, content,
or practices of these third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any
kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or that any particular site or download will work, as third-party
platforms may change at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Age Devs shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss
of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App — including any claims
relating to content you download or how you use it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature, at any time. You may stop
using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after
changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
